100% of proceeds go directly to providing meals, mental healthcare, drug and alcohol counseling, housing referrals, legal consultation and more to those in need within Seattle’s Native community.

All of our Apprentices are homeless, have a criminal history, and/or struggling with addiction and mental health issues. Approximately 50 percent of the Apprentices haven’t worked in 5+ years and need significant support. Apprentices work with a Mentor and Case Manager to receive wraparound services including housing assistance, mental health counseling, substance abuse assessment and treatment, and financial literacy.

In 2018, we employed 42 apprentices.

In 2019, we anticipate 60 percent will find permanent full-time employment.
